| Thank you for a
lovely stay in your beautiful and comfortable home. The layout of the
home was perfect for us. We had a great time exploring the island and
loved the beach. We were glad the house was so close to the best

Jennie, 1/2013) Aikane Kauai We loved staying at the house in Poipu. It was very comfortable and lived up to the website photos. Chris and Teresa are wonderful hosts and we will come back to stay there again. Also we will recommend this house to family and friends who want to come to the "garden island of Kauai". This house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and two children. We were pleasantly surprised to find it completely furnished with everything that you could possibly need; including a coffee grinder to grind beans fresh every morning. Chris and Teresa are very thoughtful in furnishing their home with everything that you need for your stay. They even provide cd's of Hawaiian music for your listening pleasure! We really enjoyed sitting on the upper level lanai both morning and evening to watch the ocean just a hundred yards away (approximately) or walking down to the end of the street to watch the sunset. Fabulous view! Great location to Poipu Beach, where we spent a lot of time. It is a perfect beach for small children and also for water lovers of all ages. We were very happy to come to Kauai and recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a great vacation destination! (Rosa Family, February 2013) When we visited here five years ago it was a dream of ours to return someday. Well dreams do come true and again it has been a wonderful week. It has been a blast! We had such a good
time on this trip. The house was just perfect and you---you're
fantastic! We used all your hints to find the best sources of food, etc.
We were so pleased with the furnishings and supplies at the house. You
really thought of every detail.
If we're able to return to Kauai next year, we'd really like to stay in
your house again. We'll be in touch.

Happy New Year! Though everyone is settled back into our regular routines, we are still basking in the glow of our Hawaii vacation. I wrote a little entry in the journal in the house but want to write you to thank you again for providing the setting for a great vacation. What a fabulous location. Close enough to the view and sound of the surf but away from the traffic of a well traveled road. Thank you for providing the snorkels, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella. Your attention to detail is very much appreciated. The beds were very comfortable and the master shower was a nice surprise. I loved the fully equipped kitchen. If you have stayed here before, you know what a fantastic place AIKANE Kauai is and what great guy Chris is. If this is your first visit you have a treat in store for you. If you plan to line up island activities like ziplining, horseback riding or power hang gliding you better do it right away. We have been to other Hawaiian islands, but the people of Kauai have been the most gentle and giving people. Please treat them the same in return. Now just enjoy. Schwartz Family. Chris, you thought of almost
everything a perfect vacation should be! You have an excellent accommodation,
fully equipped homey place and great location. Unparalleled! I love the North
Shore but Poipu is the best place to be. Overall your home is five stars.

Our family absolutely LOVED it here! IT really becomes a “home away from home.” The place had everything! We went shopping for some things, but luckily anything we forgot was right here at “home.” We woke up a couple morning to whales breaching and sea turtles, got some good video! The beach and shops were just a short walk and the kids loved it! This place is absolutely perfect!

Chris, What a wonderful trip! We did everything from snorkeling and kayaking to Botanical Gardens and boogie boarding! We felt like kids again and never laughed so hard in our lives while boogie boarding on Brennecke Beach! Your home is “GREAT” and has all of the comforts of home. We hope to be back again soon.

Jerry & Maggie, Indiana: We had a fabulous Vacation in Kauai staying at this house. It was everything that it was advertised to be. The house itself is beautiful and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the Lanai and watching the ocean. The house is equipped with everything you need: coolers, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. Would definitely stay there again if possible.

We really appreciated your attention to detail - you made us feel really comfortable so that we didn't have to worry about the little things. We got a lot of use out of the guidebooks, boogie boards, etc., and your shopping recommendations were right on target. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable that we actually wrote down the make of the mattress! (or was it just Kauai in general that made us sleep so well?) Chris, It's been 30 years since I was here in Poipu & Kauai running Camp Hawaiian Surf - it was great then and, again, now. We had a ball! Went to Poipu, Polihale, Kokee, Waimea, Hanapepe, Kekaha, Salt Pond, Kipu, Nawiliwili Harbor, Lydgate, Fern Grotto, etc. Played golf at Wailua, Poipu Bay & Kiahuna. A little windy but a great time. We snorkeled & boogie boarded.
